Custom Glass Panel Features

Custom Glass Panels for Small Household Appliances

We manufacture custom glass panels for electronic scales and other small household appliances, supporting OEM/ODM projects from specification review to volume production. Our production capabilities include precision glass cutting, edge grinding, opening processing, screen printing and compatible glass strengthening processes.

Each panel is manufactured according to the approved drawings, artwork and application requirements. By coordinating glass dimensions, printed layouts, openings and edge finishes during production planning, we help appliance manufacturers achieve consistent appearance and reliable assembly across production batches.

Precision Fabrication for Appliance Integration

Our glass processing service supports custom panel geometries, defined hole positions and application-specific edge finishes. Waterjet cutting and CNC processing can be selected according to the panel design and manufacturing requirements, including polished inner edges for suitable openings.

For electronic scale manufacturers, panel specifications can be coordinated with display windows, housing dimensions and other designated functional areas. Final dimensions, tolerances and processing feasibility are confirmed against the technical drawing before production.

Screen Printing for Product Branding

Our Silk Screen Printed Glass solutions support custom patterns, icons, text, logos and multi-color designs. Printing layouts are developed from customer-supplied artwork, with attention to print positioning, color consistency and alignment with the finished appliance design.

Pantone or RAL references can be provided for color matching where applicable. For projects with strict appearance requirements, sample approval helps establish the reference for subsequent production batches.

Application-Based Glass and Surface Options

Glass material, thickness, strengthening method and surface treatment are selected according to the product design and intended operating conditions. Depending on technical feasibility, available options may include anti-reflective (AR), anti-fingerprint (AF), anti-glare (AG) and anti-smudge (AS) treatments.

Rather than applying the same configuration to every project, we review the relationship between panel dimensions, openings, printing, surface requirements and assembly conditions before confirming the manufacturing specification.

Glass Panel Customization Options

We manufacture Custom Glass Panels to customer drawings and approved specifications. The following options can be reviewed during quotation and design confirmation.

Screen Printing and Tempering Process

From Technical Review to Finished Glass Panels

Our manufacturing workflow is organized around the approved product specification. Before production begins, we review the drawing, glass requirements, cut-outs, edge finish, print artwork and applicable strengthening process to identify potential manufacturing constraints.

The production sequence is determined by the selected glass and printing system. A typical workflow includes:

1.Drawing and specification review — Confirm panel dimensions, tolerances, openings, artwork and functional requirements.

2.Glass cutting and shaping — Process the glass to the specified dimensions and profile using a suitable cutting method.

3.Hole and edge processing — Complete required openings, edge grinding and applicable inner-edge finishing before any strengthening process that would prevent further machining.

4.Surface preparation and screen printing — Prepare the glass surface and apply the approved patterns, colors, icons or logos using a compatible printing system.

5.Drying, firing or strengthening — Apply the process required by the selected ink, glass substrate and final performance specification.

6.Final inspection and protective packing — Check the finished panels against agreed dimensional, visual and printing criteria before packing for shipment.

The exact sequence may vary by product configuration. Process planning is particularly important when printed graphics must be combined with thermal tempering or other strengthening methods.

Screen Printing and Print Durability

Glass Panel Printing transfers approved artwork onto the glass using a screen-printing system and compatible glass-printing materials. Depending on the selected system, the printed layer may undergo controlled drying or high-temperature firing to achieve the specified adhesion and appearance.

These processes are not interchangeable. The appropriate temperature profile, printing material and processing sequence depend on the ink or enamel system and the glass substrate. Print durability should therefore be evaluated against the intended application, including exposure to cleaning agents, moisture, abrasion and temperature changes where relevant.

For repeat orders, the approved artwork, color reference and sample can serve as production references to help maintain consistency across batches.

Tempering Feasibility and Process Control

Thermal tempering involves heating suitable glass and rapidly cooling it under controlled conditions to develop a stress pattern that improves mechanical strength and changes its breakage characteristics. The process must be matched to the glass composition, thickness, dimensions, edge condition and opening geometry.

Not every glass specification is suitable for conventional thermal tempering. In particular, the thin-glass options listed for this product require individual technical review before a strengthening method is confirmed. Printing materials and firing requirements must also be compatible with the selected process.

Before mass production, the glass configuration and manufacturing route should be confirmed against the approved drawing and application requirements. Where required, agreed inspection criteria can cover dimensions, openings, edge condition, print registration, color appearance and relevant strengthening requirements.

Applications of Custom Glass Panels

Bathroom and body scales

Bathroom Scale Glass can serve as the top surface of an electronic scale when the glass, sensor arrangement, mechanical support and product design are engineered together. Printed scale markings, brand logos and decorative patterns can be positioned to suit the display and product layout.

Small household appliances

A Decorative Glass Panel can be used as a control surface, display cover or exterior design component on selected small appliances. Suitability depends on operating temperature, impact exposure, cleaning chemicals, mounting method, touch-sensor requirements and the appliance's electrical and safety design.

Branded and customized product lines

Custom Glass Printing supports OEM/ODM projects that need consistent brand presentation across product models. Glass Logo Printing, icons, labels and color blocks can be developed from customer artwork, with sample approval used to confirm print placement and appearance before volume production.

Quality Assurance, Lead Time and Shipping

Quality requirements should be agreed before production so that the supplier and buyer inspect the same measurable criteria. Depending on the drawing and application, inspection can cover:

· Dimensions, profile, hole positions and tolerances against the approved drawing.

· Edge quality, chips, scratches and other visible surface defects.

· Print color, registration, opacity, logo placement and artwork orientation against the approved sample.

· Coating appearance and functional performance where AR, AF, AG or AS treatments are specified.

· Glass type, thickness and tempering or strengthening requirements, supported by agreed records or test methods.

· Packaging condition and protection against rubbing, impact and transit damage.

For production planning, the stated ordinary lead time is approximately 15–20 days, subject to process complexity, sample approval, order quantity and material availability. Packaging can include PE protective film, kraft paper, EPE cushioning and export-standard wooden crates, with the final pack method matched to the shipping route. Samples and small orders may ship by express; urgent larger orders may use air freight; regular bulk orders may use sea or overland transport. Payment terms offered are T/T and PayPal, subject to order agreement.
